Our Approach: Young Leaders for Social Change

The Young Leaders for Social Change is a leadership program designed for high school students, with the goal of inspiring and empowering them to become changemakers and leaders who accelerate social change in their communities and beyond.

Civic Education

The program provides a comprehensive curriculum in leadership development, training, networking, and support to acquire real-world skills and knowledge to make a global impact. These experiences enable young leaders to develop new skills and gain knowledge that will benefit them after graduation. The core of the program will consist of six lectures delivered by eminent lecturers, speakers, and global thought leaders, with one lecture scheduled per month. Topics covered will include democracy, human rights, environment and climate change, leadership, social entrepreunership and global economics and development. The program will conclude with a one month weekend Internship at a nonprofit followed by a visit to the Parliament of India. Young Leaders for Social Change program offers a unique opportunity for students to Position themselves at the intersection of social change, politics, and economics. - Have a seat at the table to share ideas, brainstorm, and debate with global thought leaders, policymakers, journalists, and business leaders. - Immerse themselves in a program that combines high-level discussions with dedicated mentorship, providing an innovative and thought-provoking experience from beginning to end. - Enjoy an exclusive opportunity to learn, grow, and network in a safe and supportive environment. Our program is open to high school students in grades 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 who demonstrate strong leadership qualities.
